Needs and Opportunities
I am going to try to learn Spanish for my 20% time project. My goal is to be able to be able to speak some Spanish by the end of the project.
Audience/Clients/Users
People who might be interested in learning Spanish can benefit from my blog. My audience might be people who are also wanting to learn Spanish and they can see my progress on here.
Mentors
Right now I am also taking Spanish so my teacher Mrs.Gould will be helping learn Spanish also.

Product
I will show all the Spanish I learned during 20% time.
Technology
I will use my laptop to show off the Duolingo app I used to learn my Spanish and present what Spanish I learned
Reality Check
I don't need much equipment to learn Spanish, just my laptop or my phone to use Duolingo
Possible Roadblocks
I might not have time to do Duolingo everyday and some days I might forget. I will set notifications on my phone so that it will tell me to go on Duolingo every once in a while.
Conclusion
The reason I chose this project was because I always wanted to learn how to speak another language and I thought it would be fun to learn. Spanish was my first choice because it is the second most spoken language in the U.S. There are a lot of people here who can only speak spanish and I think it would be cool if I could talk to them.
